The French Angel is a species of Angel found in Tap Tap Fish: Abyssrium. They are the twenty-eighth species listed on the Saltwater Tank's Normal Fish list, and the fourth Angel.
Appearance[]
The French Angel is colored mainly black, fading to a dull yellowish-orange at its top. Its face is bright yellow, a color shared by the three large stripes on its body and its tail fin. The first of the stripes is just behind the French Angel's eye, the second curves upwards and ends at the dorsal fin, and the third forms a tight semicircle around the tail fin. The tail fin itself has a thick yellow stripe at its base and a thinner one on its edge.

To unlock the French Angel, the player must save 3 pictures of Angels to their device. This option is found next to the "Facebook" button on the menu the player sees after they take a picture.

The French Angel can be used to reveal the Peppermint Angel.
The French Angel counts toward the Angel total, helping to unlock Dottybacks.
Biology[]
The French Angel lifts most of its appearance from, curiously, the juvenile version of the real-life French Angelfish, instead of the adult. They can be found throughout the Atlantic, Caribbean, and the Gulf of Mexico. The juveniles of the species run cleaning stations, where they clean the mouths of many fish, including wrasses, surgeonfish, and even moray eels[1]. They eat sponges, algae, tunicates, and other similar things.
